Jacquelyn Valek

Jackie began working for the family business, Tesar Industrial Contractor, in 2003. This experience, as part of an entrepreneurial trek, turned into a steady "tee up" and launch toward her passion—human resources.

Fast forward to the present. Now an experienced Human Resource professional, Jackie drives cultural change through diverse industries using her three "P" concepts:

  • Performance development

  • Promoting healthy relations

  • Process efficiency

Her experience also includes working in friendly tandem with sizable organizations across various industries. Jackie’s expertise reaches deep and wide as she manages employee and labor relations at both the corporate and field level. Much to Jacquelyn’s delight, her colleagues consider her a bit of a subject-matter expert, and with good reason. She holds nearly 17 years of both practical business experience and formal learning. Her relevant education and leadership highlights include:

  • Undergraduate degree in Business Management (Notre Dame College in Euclid, Ohio).

  • Graduate degree in Master of Business Administration including a specialization in Human Resources (Ashland University of Ashland, Ohio).

  • SHRM- CP and SHRM-SCP Certification

  • Cleveland Society for Human Resource Management Volunteer

Christine Williams

Christine is a visionary organizational leader that she believes comes from having the good fortune of working with some of the very best leaders-and some of the not so great leaders-across a variety of industries. Her passion for talent and leadership lead her through a career journey including a number of transformational roles, driving change and results within the organizations she’s served.

Christine has spent her 20+ year career building strategic capabilities that increase business performance while strengthening organizational culture. Her experience spans serving on leadership teams with technology and health care start-ups, financial and professional services, as well as large global leaders in workforce management solutions and insurance companies. Christine played crucial roles and led initiatives throughout multiple business units and has excelled as a trusted business partner for best-in-class practices in leadership development, succession planning, organizational design, talent acquisition and culture transformation.

In addition to her professional experience portfolio, Christine holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Finance) and a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations, both from West Virginia University. She holds current certifications of SHRM-SCP, and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. She is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and the Detroit SHRM Chapter.  Christine is very active with her family, and volunteering with Birmingham Public Schools.
